The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial services to support the efficient operation of the Office.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Four (4) GCE O’Level/CXC General Proficiency subjects including English Language
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognised training institution
- Supervisory Management Training
- Minimum of three (3) years secretarial experience
- Knowledge of HEART Trust/NTA’s Purchasing Procedures and Guidelines
