DIGICEL Door to Door Sales Agent wanted

Door to Door Sales Agent - FTTH (Temporary)
Primary objective of the job:
Selling products and services to new customers and up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Make visits to households in assigned region to promote and sell products and services
Identify and execute strategic sales activities geared at increasing subscriber base within our multifaceted market segments
Record and maintain accurate database of all payment transactions
Accurately record prospect info and maintain database
Accurately record/receipt customer orders and application forms
Achieve aggressive sales targets while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Provide relevant responses to customers' concerns, service requests, products enquires based on actual facts related to the company's products and services
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
Minimum 5 CXC/GCE O 'levels (including Mathematics and English Language)
Minimum requirement of intermediate computer skills
Solid knowledge of the Internet
Previous sales experience, with demonstrated success is an asset
Previous experience in a customer service environment is an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills (verbal/ written)
Flexible and quick-thinking
Must be customer oriented
Ability to rapidly learn new tools and understand customers' environments
Internal/External contacts:
Customers/Subscribers and Door to Door Management team and other senior personnel in Jamaica
Working Conditions: (e.g. dust, dirt, heat, abnormal hours, frequent travel, overtime, etc.
Talking with customers of diverse personalities, social backgrounds and temperaments
Required to work on weekends and public holidays
Required to work long hours in order to meet the business objectives
Required to travel out of town and overnight when necessary
Key Performance Indicators:
Achievement of weekly prospect targets
Achievement of monthly sales targets assigned
Adherence to reporting and administrative functions
