CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – TECHNICAL ACCOUNT
Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service. Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting and resolving a wide variety of TECHNICAL requests, inquiries and complaints. Upbeat, outgoing, motivated persons, with the entrepreneurial spirit needed.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles inbound technical calls effectively and efficiently through the use of proactive customer service and call control techniques and proven technical troubleshooting procedures
Creates an exceptional experience for the customer by using professional customer service techniques
Resolves customer questions / concerns efficiently and effectively through the use of active listening
Resolves customer issues on the first call
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma in IT
Computer Repairs Certification
IT Essentials 1 & 2 is a plus
Two (2) years experience in an Engagement Center

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
