Administration & Procurement Manager Vacancy

Job Purpose: 
  • To coordinate the delivery of administrative and ancillary support services and the maintenance of the Agency’s “non IT” fixed assets to facilitate the creation of a work environment that is environmentally friendly and conducive to high performance. 
  • To manage the procurement of good and services ensuring value for money and optimised cost savings within the framework of GOJ procurement guidelines and the Agency’s procurement policy. 

Qualifications & Experience 
  • First Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent qualifications. 
  • At least five years’ experience in office administration and/or procurement, two of which should be at a supervisory level. 
  • Expert knowledge of GOJ procurement rules and regulations.
