Customer Services Representative
A newly established Call Centre Company invites applicants for the position of Customer Service Representative for our new location to be announced in the Kingston area.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Job entails providing Customer Services to both inbound and outbound calls to American Customers. Also entails other job related features in supporting distribution of high end items to customers.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge of Customer Services and Communications
• Excellent English Language, (both oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate well with US Customers
• Ability to be a team player
• Ability to pay attention to details and maintain professionalism
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• College Graduate or at least 3 years experiences in the Call Centre Industry, more specific to Customer Services with at least 5 CSEC (English included).
• Working knowledge of computers, includes (proficiency with MS Windows and MS office).
• Working experiences with US companies
• Must be able to work on flexible shift hours
