Position: Housekeeper
Overview: Perform a combination of daily cleaning duties to maintain a private household for a family of five, children ages 15,9,5 Must be good with children and operate in an orderly and disciplined manner. The ideal candidate must be a mature individual, preferably over the age of 28.

1. Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, punctual, and dependable.
2. Adaptability: Job may require late hours at times and / or additonal hours for babysitting.
3. Stress Tolerance - Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
4. Self Control - Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behaviour, even in very difficult situations.
5. Honest and hard working individual
6. Has minimum 3 years experience in required field
7. Must have a visible sense of pride in your work
8. Highly skilled in cleaning rooms and other interior and outside areas
9. Thorough understanding of maintaining rooms (living, dining and bedrooms) in a clean and presentable fashion
10. Be able to work in a timely manner with a cleaning and laundry schedule
11. Be able to effectively wash whites and colours to a high standard
12. Light cooking may be required, cooking skill should be good adn the candidate must be willing to learn other methods, recipes
13. Thorough understanding of operating cleaning equipment
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
15. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
16. Professional appearance at all times
17. Ability to communicate well with others
18. Has experience in childcare
19. Able to maintain a neat, clean and safe work area
20. Helpful and cooperative
